All orders are COD at time of inspection unless agreed upon in writing prior to inspection. Client guarantees payment if COD check is returned. Payment due whether or not loan closes.
 
Delivery Method
 

All appraisals are delivered EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) unless otherwise agreed upon prior to placing order. Please verify email address indicated above for accuracy in order to expedite delivery of the appraisal report. Please contact Rapid Value Appraisal Service in order to request information and fees for other delivery options.

 
 
The Cal-Coast Appraisal Consultants, Inc. reserves the right to quote a higher fee on custom/complex properties. A custom/complex property is (but is not limited to) an estate, waterfront, house greater than 3,000 sq. feet, or lots greater than one-half acre. Clients with custom/complex properties are always notified prior to the assignment for fee approval to continue with the order.

Appraisal fees are quoted as baseline information. Fees are always based upon complexity of the assignment and not appraised value. Additional fees may apply for multiple trips for incomplete final inspections, missed appointments without prior notification, and drive time for appraisals or inspections not in the immediate San Diego Metropolitan area. Uncollected fees or non-sufficient funds for CODs are the responsibility of “Client” ordering the service. Fees are subject to change without notice. Cal-Coast Appraisal Consultants, Inc. cannot accept any assignment based on a pre-determined value or specific outcome.
